  HOW TO USE OUR SERVICES

Office hours are from 8:30 to 5:00 Monday through Friday.  Call (231) 775-6517 for an appointment.  Urgent after-hours calls may be directed to your psychologist by use of our pager number provided by our answering machine after hours.

Regular appointment hours are 9:00 to 5:00 Monday through Friday, with evening or early morning appointments made available when necessary.  Appointments are usually 45 to 50 minutes in length.

Many insurance plans, including managed care programs and Medicare provide coverage for our services at a contract percentage.  (Medicaid does not cover our services).  You will be responsible to pay for your co-pay amount at each session.  If you do not know what percentage is covered you will be required to pay one-half of the charge per session at time of service.  As a courtesy to you, we do bill most insurance companies directly, but you are ultimately responsible for your account.

All information shared with us will be held in the strictest confidence.  No disclosure of information about your visits will be given without your written permission or as mandated by legal requirements.
